It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation.Centerpointe will offer a variety of ministries from things as simple as passing out flyers, to preparing the church bulletins. Mission Outreach

Centerpointe looks forward to reaching our community by inviting guests to join us, as well as sharing the Good News of the Gospel to those who live in Huntersville and the surrounding communities.

 

Music 

God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in a music ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir. These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of Centerpointe, and we look forward to seeing how God is worshipped through talents and gifts to glorify Himself.

 

Ushers and Greeters

We will need ushers at Centerpointe Baptist Church to fill this crucial role. They are involved in directing attendees to their seats, ensuring the safety of the building during services, guiding traffic, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. The usher/greeter team is a servant-hearted group of men and women whose ministry is integral to church life.

 

Media & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of Centerpointe. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. All of our weekly sermons will uploaded to our website in audio formats. We also attempt to maintain an active Facebook page for additional church communication.

 

Marriage Counseling

Marriages can be difficult to maintain. Misunderstanding, confusion, resentment, and anger can flare up in any marriage. Our desire is to share what the Word of God has to say about marriage and hopefully, by God’s grace, save marriages, and repaired relationships so that we can all glorify God together in our marriages and families. If you need help, please feel free to contact Pastor Heston and he would love to spend some time with you and your spouse and look at what the Bible says about this important aspect of life.

 

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Centerpointe is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Please pray for our ministry as we seek to honor God in every aspect of our life and worship.
